Hey Sarah,
You can reuse the solution on several dogs at once, but the solution doesn't keep as the solution has a 'working' life of only a few hours - this due to the hydrogen peroxide. While the saline properties will still be effective the next day, the penetrating properties of the hydrogen peroxide will be absent. I find it best to make up a fresh solution each time.
