Infection causing swollen lymph nodes on cats rear legs

We took our cat Precious, who is 12 years old, to the vet a few weeks ago as she had lost her appetite and was lethargic. The vet said she had a low grade temp and a respiratory infection. He gave her a Convenia Injection and said we should notice a difference within a week. She seemed to feel better the next day and even ate/drank a little but as the days went by she seemed to be getting worse. We then took her back to the vet and asked him to do a blood test as we were scared at this point that she might have cancer. He did a Chem/Liver Profile after finding she had Swollen Lymph nodes in her rear legs. The results came back fine. He said she had no problems with her kidneys, liver, etc... and said she just had a bad infection causing her Lymph Nodes to swell. Since she was dehydrated he put liquids under her skin, gave her a Baytril Injection and sent us home with a bottle of liquid Baytril to give her each day. Once again she seemed to pep up, eat/drink a little but after a few days right back to feeling bad, not wanting to eat/drink and sleeping a lot. I am afraid to take her back to the vet as it has not helped out so far and I am hoping I can get some advice on any natural meds that will get our sweet girl feeling better. Thanks for your help in advance!
