Amber; Mange is not easily treated nor can it be a one time deal as even I had hoped for, this is an on going thing, it takes time and consistancy. Think about it this way, I am trying to do a cat infested with mange, she is scared but she fights like a trooper therefore it's almost impossible to treat her because she fights then runs away and hides for days, where as dogs are ten times easier to care for they love the attention & generally don't fear water per say cats do.... Try to stick with the borax and peroxide(no water)make an even constant paste and rub all over your pit bull do this for days until you no longer think he/she has any more mights. Nine times out of ten when she starts to bite & scratch then you will have had the sign that the dog still or again has more. Animals have a way of showing/telling you when some thing is hurting and/or wrong. Pit bulls are one of the smartest dogs ever. I had a pit bull he was the smartest little demon ever. Even the police liked him (chuckles). Good luck
