How Much Apple Cider Vinegar Should I Give My Horse?

How much ACV, garlic and honey do you use to feed one horse? I need to be told in cups, half a cup. Then what do you do after that. How do you mix it up how do you get them to drink it?
We do not have trouble getting our farm animals to drink Apple Cider Vinegar. For a large animal, you can add a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar to their water trough.
