Herbal Remedies for Worms in 4 Month Puppy

Posted By Trinity (Citrus Heights, Ca) on 12/23/2015

Hi I think my nearly 4 month old puppy has worms. I can't see any in her stool nor does she have any side effects; she's still very active, happy, has an appetite but not acting like she's starving. I have not changed her diet at all and am starting to get concerned. I've tried just giving her rice but still not change. Her stool it a light brown color, too soft. She woke me up three times in one night and had horrid diahrrea. I am not comfortable with giving her medication and would prefer herbal remedies.

Dear Trinity,

I am sorry your puppy is not feeling well. You should be very careful with diarrhea in a 4 month old puppy. Did you give your dog immunizations before she got diarrhea symptoms. PLEASE make sure it's not parvo, as puppies can die very quickly from parvo. A vet (or emergency vet during the holidays or evenings) for diagnosis might be a good idea. Please keep us updated!

Trinity (Citrus Heights, Ca) ---

For years and years the deworming of my rescues was a great problem. I did not want to use allopatic medicines for their toxicity and the fees kept creeping up from $3 to $25 for a pill.

But now we are all using HUMAWORM online. Deirdre, of EC had good experience as well another poster on EC. It is affordable.

Namaste, Om
