Entire house of pets infested with ringworm help

Somebody please help!!!!!! I recently adopted a kitten which was found in a dumpster. She looked healthy with no skin irritation, fleas, etc.. All of a sudden every animal in my house has contracted ringworm. They are on oral and topical treatments and seem to be doing well. But, my veterinarian is telling me that I should purchase a cheap vacuum and bleach down my entire houses well as get my ducts cleaned out. I have mostly wood floors and ceramic tile with large area rugs. I don't think my wood floors or the rugs would take well to being bleached. She recommends a mixture of 1 part bleach to 20 parts water. Does any one have a better solution that I can use on fabric to kill the spores especially on couches and rugs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Shammer, an Ozone air purifyer will kill ALL pathogens. You can hire a 24 hr ozone blast or purchase a unit and run it at appropriate levels for germ removal.
