My 16 year old fur baby, ended up with parasites from a farm we visited for about 2 hours. I didn't notice right away because of his long hair. When I started shaving him down for the summer heat I seen bumps all over him. Vet said to let them hatch but all that did was allow the hatched parasites to reenter his skin. So, I would bathe him with dawn, that's when I seen all the fleas under in his skin. I bathed Benji at all hours, when I seen he couldn't stop scratching and biting his skin. Which then caused Benji to have congestion in his chest. I've been giving him honey to soothe his throat, please if there are any natural remedies I can give him, let me know. Benji is my little side kick. He goes everywhere with me for the last 15 years. I want my fur baby to live as long as possible. Any advice for his well being would be greatly appreciated, Thank you

Look under the pets tab on this site and read the ones about fleas. There should be plenty in there to help. Also, if fleas area present in and around the home, cleaning will be a constant until you get them gone.
