Cyst in Older Cat's Mouth

My vet says my cat, Chowmein, has a cyst in her mouth. 2 weeks ago we took her to have 3 teeth removed because of pain and bad breath. The vet xray ed her and said she found a cyst. Now she can only eat soft food, and she drools a lot. Is there something natural I can do for her? I have had her for 13 years since she was 3 weeks old and really don't want to lose her.
