If he is still not drinking I would get some children's oral rehydration solution and give it to him by syringe very often. (Every half hour at first, maybe?)
The homeopathic remedy Thuja, which hopefully you could find at a health food store, seems to be the a most popular and effective treatment for vaccine reactions.

My possibly year old cat got her feline leukemia shot she's not eating or playing she's not her normal self at all, she's just in a box and wants to be left alone. Should I be concerned?
