Question About Using Castor Oil for Tumor on Dog's Ear

So I adopted a 15 yr old cocker mix and she has a huge tumor on her ear. She is scratching at it constantly even with a cone on! It bleeds daily and I'm worried about how much blood she is losing. She can't have a surgery because of her age and she has a severe heart murmur. Can I put castor oil on her ear if it's clearly been scratched open? I don't want to hurt her in anyway.
