Seeking Food Help for Dog With Hind Leg Weakness

My dog is having issues in his hind legs, limping, 13 years old in August this year. What food can I feed him, I've already been putting lemon organic essential oil drops in his water. he's on Rimadyl for arthritis and hydroxyzine for allergies, tramodol for pain. I've been feeding him blue basics dog food, grain free and sometimes switch to nutro.

Rimadyl (carprofen) has devasting side effects. Please research.

Look at homoeopathic remedies and also CBD drops.
