You gotta take her to the vet. Only he and his microscope can get a skin scraping and find out if she has mange mites and if so, what kind of the two. Basically, nothing topical will get to the mites down where they live, beneath her skin. You have to get the right shampoo and internal treatment. Do it quickly, before it spreads any further, because treatment works best in the early stages. Be away that some types of mange are communicable to humans. Ask your vet.
Oil is doing nothing for her expect hurting her always painful swollen skin. Stop immediately and use olive or coconut oil to sooth her skin until she gets to the vet. Make the appointment today! Good luck!
