Jennifer, This highly contagious and is passed through fecal matter, or anything where the dog has licked, ie, food, water, crates, on their fur etc. Quarantine the little one but he must go on antibiotics. It will start effecting his organs. Once you get him through the window of antibiotics he can be around the other dog again and should be good. I too try always to be natural but all literature states he needs to be on antibiotics. Good luck and I'm sorry you and your furry ones are going through this...
