Would an acv nasal rinse help chronic sinus condition

Newcomer to this, I have had a recent operation on my sinuses (last June) after a year of infected sinus causing me months of antibiotics and prednisone. My chest was alway wheezy and horrible colour mucus The problem now is I am breathless, full of anxieties and have the most dreadful post nasal drip, thick sticky and making me snort and gag all the time. I do sinus rinses with a saline mixture once daily but with no success. Have had my first ACV and honey drink to day and wondered has any body done a nasal rinse with ACV or is that just to stupid. Would love an answer.

Hi

You would get much faster results using DMSO, try applying it to the inside of the nose with a Q tip. I prefer the DMSO offered for sale on Amazon that comes in a blue glass bottle.

Do you dilute the DMSO for application in the nostrils?
