Working Two Jobs, Not Much Sleep, Any Remedies?

I work two jobs and am not getting a lot of sleep. How can I keep up my energy and not let my body run down?

My Chiropractor said the body absorbs minerals better at night while the body sleeps. After some research, I take a banana & 4-5 unshelled Brazil nuts after dinner for desert. Bananas have potassium which our muscles burn & magnesium which acts as a muscle relaxer. Brazil nuts have the highest concentration of Selenium which is an energy booster as well as an antioxidant. Easiest way to crack the nuts is using channel-lock pliers with the adjustable lower jaw then use a butter knife to remove the shell so you don't stab yourself. You'll sleep like a baby, wakeup relaxed but alert like you've been up for 2 hrs. This is a 48 hr energy pill. Worked on my 90yr old grandma when I drove her 14.5 hrs straight thru from IL to OK taking her to her last family reunion. She normally napped every 3-4 hrs. Brazil Nuts are in season now going for $2.50/lb on the low end. Hope this helps, I know it works, God Bless.
