Woman ill for several months with chronic fatigue syndrome

Posted By Chelsea (Wilmington, Delaware ) on 12/01/2013

Hello All, My name is Chelsea and for the past 4 1/2 months I have been ill. Quick background- Age: 23, Gender: F, Caucasian, Height: 5'7", weight 145. Prior to falling ill I was an very active and healthy person. I was a very dedicated hiker, and went to the gym regularly. I eat mostly vegetarian and organic. My symptoms include- Lethargy, joint pain, muscle soreness, headaches, sore throat, brain fog, sore and inflamed lymph nodes. My symptoms tend to worsen after exercise. I have had extensive blood work testing for everything under the sun, CATscans, and a biopsy of my small intestine (testing for celiacs). The only results that came from testing was a a slight elevation in one of my liver enzymes, and my thyroid gland was a little inflamed. In the end the last specialist I saw gave me a diagnosis of CFS, but didn't give me any solutions. Since then I have started getting weekly adjustments by a Chiropractor. I purchased a juicer which I have been using once every other day. My supplements include an organic multivitamin and one Salmon oil pill. Also, I started eating gluten free two weeks ago. I do see a slight improvement, but I seem to have plateaued. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am at the end of my rope and not sure where to go from here.

Sounds like you have inflammation. You need to cool your body with anti-inflammatory foods, etc. I would flush my body with lemon water - half water, half lemon juice. Next I would make me a swamp drink - 20 drops of Tabasco, tomato juice if you have it, lemon juice, very small diced garlic - use water if there is no tomato juice. Do this daily. Stop all activities for one week. Slowly go back to routine. Keep drinking Tabasco - 20 drops in 4 oz water a couple times per week. Cut back to need only. Twice per month is good. Good Luck!

Did you get the ciguatoxin test? that is as close to a definitive diagnosis to CFS as you can get. People who get vaccinated are at high risk for CFS and other chronic diseases.

There is a practitioner in UK, Ashok Gupta, who had CFS himself. There are a lot of free videos and information on his site:guptaprogramme. I recommend you read, listen it all to understand what is CFS, MSC, fibromyalgia. It is applicable to many other "incurable" conditions such as ANSD, POTS, phobias, PTSD etc.
