Will Chanca Piedra Help 12 Year Old with Calcifications?

My 12 year old grandson got an injury in basketball, twice, very close together. He has calcification in that area (2 x rays) and con not lift his knee (example up to his chin). Would Chanca Piedra help dissolve this calcification? Or would you suggest something else? We are open to any ideas you might have.
