Which Remedies for BCC Should I Try First?

Posted By Lisa (Kansas) on 03/03/2023

I have had 2 basal cell carcinomas one on my nose and one on my cheek. Both were removed by MOHS surgery and I had to have a skin graft done on my nose. I just went to the Dermatologist yesterday and there is another suspicious spot right next to the scar on my nose, so she convinced me to do the biopsy. I started tearing up on my way home at the thought of having another MOHS surgery, and then I got angry because doctors refused to look at any other options. I won't have definite results for 2-3 weeks. I came across this site yesterday and really want to try the ACV, the baking soda in organic coconut oil and the peroxide treatments.

I'm a little confused if I should use all 3 every day or what the best protocol is. Also, is it okay to start on the open wound from the biopsy or should I let that heal first?

I am going to fight this with everything I have, including no sugar, alcohol and cutting out as much processed foods as I possibly can.

Thank you for this site and any advice you can offer.

Over the years, I have healed three BCCs from my legs by using organic, wild oil of oregano, in a dropper bottle diluted with olive oil (I think there are many good brands of this.) Using the dropper, I applied enough to cover the spot, then kept a band-aid on it. It didn't sting too badly, just make sure not to touch your eyes if it gets on your hands. I repeated this several times a day, often by just lifting the band-aid a bit, for 2-3 months. The spot would sort of harden and eventually soften back to healthy skin. Completely healed, never came back. I'm sure this is less appealing to do one one's face, but might be worth a try. Very best of luck.

Sue, Thank you for that. I hadn't seen that oil mentioned here but I will put it on my list to try.
