Where to Find Sodium Carbonate?

This is for Ted - his update on ADHD 7/23/2008 on the Romanian Professor - I would like to use the remedy he recommended for the professor - where do I find the sodium carbonate - I understand it is washing soda - is it the superwashing soda and household cleaner we buy in the sueprmarket or do you get it at a health food store. I bought sodium carbonate (washing soda) from Dillons grocery store (I live in Kansas). I bought it for a friend who has not been able to sleep in years, but unfortunately it did not help her. She has since figured out that she has PCOS, so it may take a long time of hormone balancing with chasteberry, etc. She is in her 50's. I hope it works for others, though.
