My dear uncle had these same symptoms plus yrs of varicose veins, and passed in the early morning from heart attack. I would recommend a visit to a dr immediately and a cardiologist asap.
In the meantime heart health supplements are strongly recommended.
Later on, cleansing & detox remedies will be necessary.
