What Remedies Can Help Numb Arms and Hands?

Posted By Bj (Killeen, Tx) on 09/03/2020

Hi everyone, I'm in need of some help. When I go to sleep my arms and hands go numb. I've been checking different websites for possible problems but nothing so far. 1 One suggested high blood sugar. I started checking that but it wasn't it. Please let me know if you've had this problem. Thanks in advance.

We built a new home in 02 and the first year as it gassed out I had that problem. Baking soda in the rugs and on dishes around the room and burning a candle helped a lot. I would also try milk thistle at night or activated charcoal and lots of water with it. You must figure out what changed when it began if you want to diagnose how to make it stop. I also partake in healer videos and currently follow Mark Hemans and John Mellor . Both travelled before covid and you could only partake if you bumped into them Now they are online and easy to access. Alpha lipoic acid, B vitamins, magnesium and water, acetyl carnitine, may help . If it's blood sugar try vanadium and chromium . Eric Berg or John Bergman on youtube have tons of free information on possible causes for health drama. All the body flows from the spine, but the brain issues are also at play. Controlling thoughts, resisting negative thoughts and symptoms. Override negatives. Let the blind say I can see . let the weak say I am strong ect. Keep saying I overcome and I learn new things daily . You will get free of this and stay in faith. blessings, Charity

For the past few years, I have been depending on CoQ10, Magnesium, Pine Bark, Nattokinase etc to keep my legs from going numb at night. Recently I visited some old EC posts and someone mentioned Rutin. I started using the Rutin supplements about 2 weeks ago. I have not awakened with numb legs since I began taking the Rutin. I don't know if I can skip a day. I have not tried that yet.

Like the lady I met, I learned to work my feet when in bed or sitting. "Be sure to check with your doctor."
