Dear Anita,

The best remedy for conjunctivitis in babies is breastmilk. If you are nursing your baby, at the beginning or end of each nursing, put some of the milk into the baby's eye.

If this is not a possibility, I would try a tiny bit of extra virgin coconut oil in each eye 3 times a day.

Anita;

Re conjunctivitis in baby...

I've posted MANY times on this site about how effective on me colloidal silver is on conjunctivitis. I use two drops in both eyes twice a day for two days. If using 40 ppm concentration for a baby I'd dilute to 10 ppm.

Years ago silver nitrate was put into babies eyes to prevent some kinds of infection. Google that to read and confirm for your own satisfaction.
