What is an appropriate alkaline pH

Posted By Rs (Sf, Ca) on 03/05/2015

I have recently been alkalizing my body and have repeatedly seen people posting "bad" alkaline levels that dont compute with what I have researched. People are saying that a pH level of 4.5 is high........I believe that is really low considering that what I have been told is an appropriate pH level of between 6.8 and 7.0. So, if you have a BAD or LOW pH level of 6.0 or below that is considered a LOW value........right? If you have a pH level of over 6.8 that is considered good or appropriate. Right? I am new to this so if anyone can shed some light it would be great. I dont need too much detail and I am alkalizing like crazy and have seen great results in a small amount of time. I just need to know what is a GOOD alkaline and what is a bad alkaline level...........THANKS to everyone on this incredibly helpful website!!!!! I love you all!!!!!
