If Sugar Is Bad For Cancer (I Know It Is) What Do I Take For Low Blood Sugar?

Hi Wichita, You definitely don't want sugar if you deal with low blood sugar. In my youth, I struggled with hypoglycemia but as I learned more and more about nutrition and alternative health I actually righted it. The solution, if you deal with this is, stay away from simple sugar and eat small protein meals throughout the day. This keeps your blood sugar levels even. Hope this helps, Lisa

Wichita, to help the body metabolize sugar / glucose, supplement w/ the mineral Chromium and the herb Cinnamon. A good whole food multivitamin/mineral supplement provides some Chromium but as much as 600 mcg daily would be best. The B vitamins in the multi will boost metabolism across the board. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is also indicated for enhancing glucose metabolism.
