What Could Help with Borderline Obstructive Lung Disease?

I was told by the doctor I may have bordeline obstructive lung disease. I'm looking for feedback and such for oil pulling and stuff to cure/get rid of it. What are the best oils for oil pulling for bordeline obstructive lung disease? What are other remedies that work? Thanks!

Usmcwannabe, for me breathing thru diluted hydrogen peroxide in my mouth, helps for any and all respiratory problems. I spit it out after 6-7 deep breaths. This is only a variation on Bill Munro's inhalation method.
