1 teaspoon Baking soda (NOT: Baking powder!!) in 1 cup of water in the morning after getting up and evening before you go to bed.

Also add Organic apple cider vinegar into your diet and more fresh lettuce and vegetables. Reduce carbs from starches and be careful with spices as they increase acid.

I also have the same problem of keep vomiting since the end of 2007. Sometime it's caused by irregular eating time and/or certain food. Most of the time is caused by psychosomatic because when I'm worried I'm going to vomit, I'll really vomit which contributes to 90% of my reflux. Sometime, I cannot eat for a few days because I would keep vomiting, I think the reason for that is high gastric acid. I also feel the tightehing of the throat and stomach pain when I want to vomit and will feel only relief when I have vomited all of them. I went to check for Helicobacter, endoscopy in 2007 in Australia but they couldn't find anything that is wrong with me. What do people suggest? I can't eat for 4 days again now :( Shall I take baking soda and apple cider vinegar.

Try apple cider vinegar and a little cayenne mild every morning mixed with a little water.
