I don't know what to do. is there some kind of poulstice that pulls stuff out?

Yes, Yekara, there is: Clay. Read up about it. Also, you might try Activated Charcoal poultices as per Mama to Many.
And one more thing that "pulls": when I had a splinter, I soaked my finger in vinegar (wine vinegar) for 10 minutes. Nothing was happening so I just rinsed it and walked away. Suddenly I noticed that the deeply imbedded splinter was halfway out of the skin!! I pulled it out painlessly and that was that! So maybe try vinegar somehow.
