What can be done for bad taste in mouth

Posted By Pam (New Market, Mn, USA) on 08/26/2009

I have had a bad taste in my mouth for 2 years. The doctors and dentists have found nothing wrong. The roof of my mouth and tongue are usually sore. It has also caused very bad breath. I found it gets worse if I eat chocolate or really any kind of sweets. Can you help me? Pam

It could be candida. Either read about it here or google info. It can cause absolute havoc in the body and the brain. Do you also crave bread items in addition to the sweets? Read the symptoms (there are many) and see if it adds up to you. Good luck.

It sounds like candida...especially since it gets worse after eating sweets. I would gargle with peroxide twice daily. Then I would oil pull with coconut, olive or sesame oil (you can go to the oil pulling page). I know this helped tremendously with my bad breathe issues. You should notice a difference in a couple of days. Good luck!
