What are the Best Foods to Juice for a Ligament Injury?

Hello my name is James. I've been vegan over 3 years now and love it. I am a professional stuntman and have recently acquired a bad ligament injury in my right knee. I was hoping to get some advice on the best foods I could juice etc... To help aid the healing process? Kind regards, James

Vitamin C, zinc, vitamin A...capsules - open them and pour directly into anti inflammatory juice:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup green apple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 knob of ginger
