Need Help for Wife Suffering From Water Brash and Mucus from GERD/LPR

About 10 years ago, my wife was having digestive problems, and her doctor convinced her to have her gallbladder removed. Everything went fine, and the problems she was having seemed to have resolved. She started taking enzymes since she no longer had a gallbladder to help with fatty-type foods.

About a year ago, she was diagnosed with GERD cough. She was coughing constantly at night. The nurse practitioner she saw put her on Prilosec for 2 weeks and said it would resolve itself. The food regurgitation resolved, but the cough still remains and is worse at night making it difficult to get a good night's sleep for both of us. On top of that, several months ago she's started having a thick white foamy mucus in her throat and almost constant water brash. The water brash is worse when sleeping, even upright; she'll wake up with the pillow and her shirt covered in saliva. She clears her throat constantly at night and has to wake up to get rid of the mucus. Her lungs often sound crackly. To me, this sounds like LPR.

She's changed her diet to avoid acidic foods and sleeps on a wedge pillow. She takes enzymes at each meal. The Prilosec helped at the time before the mucus/water brash developed. She is overweight, and we are slowly working on getting her weight down. We just need to figure out how to resolve the mucus and water brash.

I'm just not sure how to proceed.

F: To improve digestion, which gets stuff going north-to-south, add one spoon of Milled flax Seed to soup or cereal each day along with one softgel of Oil Of Oregano. The will help clean the Colon. Take one or two tablets of ACV to stimulate metabolism as well as digestion. Take one capsule of Artichoke Extract daily to improve Liver function and bile production. Also for bile production take 500mg of either Glycine or Taurine daily.

As for breathing and the Lungs, improve indoor air with advanced purification. Nebulizing either Colloidal Silver or H2O2 will clear any infection in the mouth, throat, as well as Lungs.

Is it safe for her to take the Artichoke Extract, Glycine, and Taurine given she's had her gallbladder removed? We have a doctor's appointment today. We are going to see if he can check her for a possible hiatal hernia that might be causing her problems.

The items I suggested will improve Liver function and Bile production & function. If the diet is low in fat there will be little need for Bile. To help gauge how much Bile is needed, constipation is a sign of too little, and frequent bowel movement is too much. Without the Gallbladder, which performs the above balance, you must regulate this to your best.

ACV tablets will improve overall digestion as well as metabolism which translates into better health with more energy.
