You can regrow microscopic layers of enamel to reverse early-stage cavities. This is achieved through daily oral hygiene using fluoride treatments and hydroxyapatite toothpastes and tablets. I take Bone Maximizer 3 and brush my teeth with it also. The ingredients help grow bones and teeth.
Drugs like Tideglusib stimulate the tooth's existing stem cells to produce reparative dentin, essentially allowing a tooth to heal its own cavities. Availability: While highly successful in animal trials, these restorative dentin-regenerating dressings are still undergoing preclinical and early clinical evaluation.

I eat broccoli for S-sulphur and beets for N-nitrogen.
I heard years ago an alkaline diet can cause teeth to grow. Baking soda raises the alkalinity in the body. Take a half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water at night.
Stay away from sugar.
I'm trying to regrow bones and teeth and my bones and teeth have tested stronger following these methods. Good luck!

Sorry, but I cannot let someone recommend fluoride treatments w/o pointing out that fluoride is a by-product of the aluminum industry (aluminum is toxic to all life on earth, no exceptions). That industry would have had to pay to dispose of it all these years but for the happy accident that its believed to help tooth enamel. Fluoride is a toxin, plain & simple. Brushing teeth with baking soda &coconut oil is way better for the body.
