I went on line and found a awesome video K on youtube and this lady shows how she got her blood pressure completely under control with Aloe Vera about a half a cup amount mixed with orange juice. Since she started doing that a few years ago her bp is completely under control And I started doing it two weeks ago and no more headaches or episodes and I feel great. Here is how she shows to do it. Cut a aloe leaf ( pick out a large one) down very low. Cut from the widest part about four or five inches and peel the sharp sides. Slice it down the middle lengthwise and pick up a piece and with a sharp knife remove the peel from one side only and then like you are fileting a fish slide the gel off and put it on aside. Keep doing this until you have about a half cup of gel. I put a banana in my blender, the gel on top and a cup and a quarter of orange juice and two teaspoons of honey. Blend well and drink it down. You can leave out the banana and the honey if you want to.
Now here is how I make mine and I put a banana in the blender, the gel, and 1/2 cup of organic ground Flax seed (shrinks tumors) and two tablespoons of Dr. Richard Schulze's superfood, 1 1/4 cup of orange juice, two cups of water and a pinch (100,000 units of heat from ground cayenne pepper) because that helps to unblock your arteries or a blockage anywhere. I add two teaspoons of honey as well and blend for a couple of minutes and drink it. You can save some for later. You can always make it the way the lady on the video does just aloe and orange juice. Also, I recommend you do the apple cider vinegar drink twice a day as it really helps to clean out your arteries and it has potassium and magnesium, the two ingredients that help to reduce your high blood pressure. Of course before taking my advice consult with your doctor. You take care K.
