Hi

Has anyone followed a vegan diet and found that their arthritis has improved or disappeared?

I tried the vegan diet for 10 months and I quit because I felt so bad! I mostly ate fruit and some veggies that’s it .I started losing handfuls of hair when I washed it. Plus I felt hangrey ( hungry and angry) and had heartburn that felt like I was having a heart attack! Plus I felt pain in joints. It’s was the worse diet I had ever been on and do not recommend it for anyone. I think intermittent fasting is great with eating healthy grass fed meat, eggs, veggies and a very little amount of fruit and no gluten products, has been best I’ve felt in years. Just saying …
