Unable to Lower Urine pH of 9Posted By Mei Mei (Manila) on 02/02/2021
I tried acidifying it with lemons and Apple Cider Vinegar or white vinegar (mixed with water) to no avail. I have been religiously alkalizing for a year 2x a day with baking soda before this happened.
I take b6 to help with digestion (ph of saliva 7-8 is low on digestive enzymes correct?) as well as ascorbic acid with meals and acv.
Other things I take regularly are; kelp + fish oil + primrose oil + coq10 + d3+ spirulina + b50 (2x a week) plus mag chloride 6 drops (4x a week before meals) and lecithin after meals 2x a day.
Lastly baking soda with a pinch of potassium citrate right before sleeping .Kidney stones diagnosis 2 years ago has been managed (with potassium citrate) so far as well the as fatty liver (lecithin).Been eating well with some cheat days every now but drinks full 8 glasses or more water.
Now issue is just 3 days ago as my heavy period was about to end (took folic acid and spirulina for that)then my gum suddenly swelled (hormonal I think coz I stopped taking vitex plus a wisdom tooth that is impacted) swollen node on my ear appeared thereafte r(no fever coz of zinc + bs and hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, it still pains up to this writing as I swallow tho).
To share I read on Ted's posting that a consistent high urine ph means that an infection or fungus or cancer is brewing (or something like that) and our body's first defense is to alkalize? is this what I think this is?
I've already tired myself of testing every urine there is of me to acidify and reach 6.4 to 7.4 but not helping. So frustrated to achieve that balance. All I wanted is to be well and be able to conceive again after a year of trying.
Can anybody shed light on this?

The Daugher of Dr. Reams is on the facebook group. What you are eating affecting your Ph's along with other things. Once you check out the teaching and group you will learn more about how to use your urine and saliva to test what your numbers are telling you and how to eat and what minerals or vitamins your body is needing. Make sure you are testing your urine ph 2 hours after a meal and never 1st thing in the am. The high urine Ph would tend to say your colon is sluggish and not working properly. Digestion is happening to slowly. Drink hot prune juice 2 oz distilled water and 2 oz prune juice. Eating a pear a day will also help . Colonics and make sure you are not holding on to hate or negative emotions. You will need to also want to find a tester or look into getting equipment to test yourself. Ph alone will not tell the whole picture. https://tandjenterprises.com/ has great resources of information.
This is a great chart to pick foods https://tandjenterprises.com/RBTI-Anatomy-Class/Foods-By-Prominent-Calcium-Compounds.pdf
