In the womb the Ambiotic fluid is a dead ringer for sea water, it contains all of these trace minerals. Even blood itself is very similar. So wouldnt it be wise to maintain the same mineral load that existed in the Ambiotic fluid but in our own blood? The lack of any one of these minerals which are essential for life on earth must have, a dramatic effect on the health of an individual. Children are being born with Arthuritis, is this due to the mothers total lack of dietry Boron? It's only recently becoming known what the effects of the lack thereof causes. Kelp tablets contain just about all the trace elements. Try living without.. Iron potasium magnesium sulphur copper iodine boron even lead and murcury are needed in the miniscule correct amounts.. Just remove potasium and it wont be long before your heart starts to skip beats. Modern foods are grown quickly for profit, and dont have the trace elements in their growing medium for them to uptake.
As a practicle example, when the highlanders were removed from the highlands of Scotland for sheep, they had to exist in small Crofts of land by the sea. It wasnt long before their animals were grazing on seaweed, and all their vegetables were growing in a seaweed composted growing medium. It was these people that made Victorias Army, and gave Queen Victoria her Empire. They were hardy and strong, in an age of debilitations and sickness. This could very well have been due to the fact that they were the only people at that time, that had a full uptake of essential elements in their diet. Today we only have to look to Okinawa, to find people living healthily into the hundreds, who exist on a rich seafood diet. This is a Basic which needs to be stressed, if looking for a cure for some ailment, it pays to try the simplest thing first.

It has to be understood that post virus is a virus, the only difference between getting it or having post viral, is virus is not active in the blood but is hidden inside the nervous area where the immune system cannot reach. The only ones that can reach is zinc, selenium, B3, lecithin, and threonine. The lysine AT LEAST, for the first three days is given hourly (will raise the white blood cells) for four doses in morning, and four doses in evening GIVEN for 3 days. I have people who can't stick to the 3 day schedule and it doesn't work, the lysine is 1000 mg each, or 1/3 teaspoon is approximately given in powder form. The threonine is given also 1/4 or 1/3 teaspoon when lysine is given. But to make virus die of zinc acetate, 15 - 30 mg is given for about 1 month mostly, but that depends on zinc status, but most of us are low anyway. The selenium can be given with no definite time limitations but is is 200 mg x 2, for at least a month. The lecithin must be in granulated powdered lecithin, is taken at least 1 teaspoon a day to 4 teaspoons a day, and if you can afford it, N acetyl cysteine is 100 mg x 2, a day, but is given with alpha lipoic acid and vitamin C 500 mg, and acetyl L carnitine helps too. The CoQ10 has been popular amongst healers because it increases CoQ10 which they found to be low in most ME conditions, but you're not solving the cause. The cause is the virus eating up the body's CoQ10, so that's really no cure, unless you kill the virus, with what I always used, which is at least lysine, but other supporting ones especially zinc acetate.
