Trouble with breathing oxygen intakePosted By Jee (Singapore) on 09/06/2012
More recently it's is becoming more frequent. I feel the need to yawn all the time to get more oxygen. I've done researches from lack of iron to lack of iodine but I'm confused myself. Has anyone have this problem?
I'm recently taking alkaline diet (been 10 days now), drinking Apple Cider Vinegar blackstrap molasses 2x a day as I also discovered I have ovarian cyst. My diet consist of fruits, veggies, oatmeal, dried fruits/nuts. No caffeine/no dairy/no sugar. I also take a multi-vitamin supplement plus evening primrose oil supplement. I thought this could also help my shortness of breath problem but it's getting worse.
Any help? should I try lugol's iodine? or any nutrients/minerals that i'm still lacking.
