Treatments not working for basal cell carcinoma

Posted By Step (Ca, US) on 05/22/2015

I have a 1/2" basal sore on my shoulder for years and a year ago I tried curederm. After a month or so another area beside the 1st appeared and 3 months later disappeared but the original one hasn't. I kept trying for 7 months and stopped. I got tired of the twice daily pain from using it. A month ago I started using CBD oil but it has just gotten slightly bigger and oozes when I keep it bandaged but scabs over if I don't. Has anybody else used it and what happens. Next I will try the black salve it this does not work.

HI U STEP, , , , , , , are you certain your skin cancer is Basal cell? I say that because Curederm tells you up front that it will not cure Melanoma.

Curederm worked for me on two separate occasions. I did not cover it and it scabbed over hard and black and just fell off.

The story goes that Melanoma cannot be cured. I don't buy into that, and I wish you well.

Read up on black salve as it will work, but can leave a deep hole. I started it once and got spooked and quit.

Black salve does not inevitably leave a deep impression or scar. We have used it several times on the face and shoulder with no scarring or indentation in the skin. Just use vit E afterwards to keep the area moist while healing, and read up on the seller's website about scar tissue avoidance and proper use if it is on a larger area of skin (treat in small sections at a time, not all at once).
