Treatments Not Helping Son With Ankylosing Spondylitis in SI Joints

My son, Sumit 31 years old, is suffering from Ankylosing spondilytis affecting SI joints since July, 2007. Since than he had gone through various therapy such as Allopathy, homeopathy, Ayurvedik.Yunani as well as Physiotherapy but no avail.

His present condition is-
Severe constant pain in lower back
Pain in both SI joints, ribs, ribo spinal joints and neck along with
cervical region.
Acute stiffness while leaving the bed in the morning which is decreasing till Sun set.
On set of evening stiffness is gradually increased
Body posture is curved.

His brief history of treatment and clinical testing mentioned below
(1) Pain started in July, 2007.
(2) Advised for Physiotherapy.
(3) MRI dated 23-04-2008
Impression- (a) Bones of left SI joint show irregularities and
sclerosis of articular surface on iliac aspect with marrow signal
changes on MRI.
(b) Imaging features suggestive of left chronic sacroiliatis.
(c) Right SI joint reveals no significant abnormality.
(4) HLA B-27 test results positive dated 26-09-2008.
(5) The latest agglutination test for C-reactive protein is positive.
Its value is 6mg/litre which is considered as significant dated
26-09-2008.
(6) Homeopathy treatment from Oct 2009 to Oct 2010.
(7) Aayurvedic treatment at Ujjain from Jan 2011 to July 2011.
(8) HLA B-27 TYPING positive again.
(9) Presently attending Physiotherapy treatment since Oct 2014 to till today.
