You could try treating yourself with herbs that improve energy levels, herbs that improve appetite and digestion and herbs that are warming to the body. In Ayurvedic terms, you are exhibiting signs of aggravated vata (air element). Aggravated vata also manifests as joint pain. Look up for ayurvedic tips on vata. You could also do a research in Traditional Chinese Medicine under "chi deficiency" and "yang deficiency". In the meantime, here are some herbs you could try:
Ginger - stimulates appetite and improves digestion
Ginseng/Ashwagandha - improves energy levels
Haritaki - good for all vata problems
Yogaraj guggulu or Kaishore guggulu formula (if you can get them from an Ayurvedic vendor) - for joint pain, vata tonic
Either a capsule or a powder is ok. Take one capsule (or a tea) each in the morning and in the evening
Word of caution about Ashwagandha. It may overstimulate you thyroid, so if you develop any thyroid problems, stop taking it. I have experienced it myself. That's why ginseng might be a better option.

Check guptaprogramme.com. lots of free information. I would only trust a practitioner who had it himself and knows what CFS feels like. There are not many practitioners I have greatest respect for. Ashok Gupta is one of them. In fact, in the U.S. I know only one chiropractor who really knows what he is doing and loves it. His name is Robin Robins and he is in Anchorage, Alaska. Check themeaningoflife.tv for the new Project of Ashok Gupta.Replied by Om (Hope Bc Canada) on 04/09/2015
Hello, Marcin --- you are right about Ashwagandha, it also does not agree with me.
But Gotu Kola or Brahmi should not be overlooked. Do read up on it as it is exceptional as a remedy everything concerning brain, head and even the rest of the body, for instance the lungs.
Namaste, Om
