I have teenage daughter and she has soy and peanut allergies. Now a days everything contains soys so it is very difficult to get rid of completely soy foods. I am looking for some remedies to cure her food allergies. Please give your suggestion. Not sure this allergies are curable or not.

Angela: Allergies is a symptom of inflammation. Inflammation is a symptom of bad food and low antioxidant status.

So, first find a very good health food store brand women's whole food multi one tab 2x day with meals. A good antioxidant complex like "carotenoid complex" would be great; Vit-C w/ Citrus Bioflavinoids will reduce allergies (extra Quercetin may be needed). To further reduce inflammation definitely increase Omega 3 Fatty Acids like Flax, Fish, or Krill Oil, plus incorporate very much Turmeric (Curcumin) in the diet or take capsules.

If this doesn't significantly reduce the allergies, she will need to do some basic detoxification remedies found here on E.C.
