Taking remedies supplements to try to help ailments

Hello Ted, Thank you for this wonderful site. I hope it will help me with my Chronic fatigue syndrome, depression and severe brain fog.

I have started taking ACV from last evening and I could not sleep. I am so tired, took a bigger dose this morning and tried mixing Soda Bicarb, ACV, Orange Juice, Honey and drank the whole glass full. Do you think it will be ok and not do any harm to mix these 4 things?

Also, I have bought Creatine, Lipoic acid tablets, Carnitine, Q 10 as I am now desperate to come out of this severe fatigue and brain fog situation. I have been suffering from this for last 14 years and it has ruined my life.

Can you please advise me why I cannot sleep with ACV, is it normal in the beginning? What time during the day I should take this ACV? Also to let you know, I also do night shifts sometime.

Many thanks and God bless. Andy

Hi Andy, Cleanse your intestines completely to get rid of all the junk that is draining you energy & also do a gallbladder & liver flush to get rid of toxins & microbes that are in the gallstones. Your symptoms will improve greatly when your system is cleansed. You will have to do the liver flush about every 3 wks until you have done about 8 flushes, look on the internet how to do a liver flush. Your liver is overwhelmed so assist it. Alkalise your body, the acidity is messing up your body. Also cleanse your kidneys. All those sups won't help so do these things & eliminate junk food.

Give the ACV some time. I found it kept me awake at night so I make sure I take it before 6:00 p.m.

I have had CFS since 1986. I am doing well. I also found Evening Primrose Oil a big help (Efamol- from Nova Scotia, Canada)

Just a note about insomnia.

When I was dehydrated due to a urinary tract infection (constant urinating) I could not sleep no matter how hard I tried!

I finally figured out that I was dehydrated and started drinking baby's drinks like PEDIALYTE.

I think I drank about 4 of them all day and made sure I hydrated myself and I finally felt like sleeping.
