Supplements Making Essential Tremors Much Worse, Any Ideas Why?

Posted By Earthling (Los Angeles, California) on 02/20/2018

Hello everyone. I have a tremor for some time now, however I do not know the causes of it, neither the my doctor yet. A week ago, I wanted to improve my energy and my overall health, so I ordered some supplements and I began to take them. However, although I feel better my shakes become so bad to the point I can not hold any facial expression or control my body (hands, legs ..) . I have had the shaking for some time but now it become much worse.

I wonder if it is because of the supplement, however I do not take anything crazy. in the morning it take the following during eating;

  • niacin
  • B-100
  • cq10
  • selenium 200mg
  • ginkgo
  • astragalus 500mg
  • 2 capsule of now bone strength
  • 2 table spoons of now colloidal mineral
  • vitamin D 3000
  • copper
  • zink

in the afternoon I take

  • grape seed
  • vitamin c 5 grams

in the night I take

  • NAC
  • alpha lipoic acid

this protocol is almost similar to Abram Hoffer suggestions. as mentioned earlier, I notice improvement, however the tremor is increasing beyond my control. could it be a detox effect, or I take the supplement wrongly together, or some supplement I should not take at all?

I would be concerned of hidden sources of msg in your capsules eg gelatin, maltodextrin, I picked up some vitamin c in the chemist the other day and it clearly showed aspartame had been added. Another neurotoxin. Particularly as there are some studies showing link with these and Parkinsons and Alzheimer's, or degenerative brain diseases. Your vitamin d should be natural D3 there are many studies showing synthetic d is toxic. I would consider adding iodine to your supplements, the easiest way via kelp, or if you go for the added detox benefits of lugols iodine, please consider the companion supps as per the iodine protocol earth clinic

Best to you
