Super tired little to no energy remedies needed

Posted By Lilwrongway (Jacksonville, Nc, United States) on 06/28/2010

I really don't know what this would be classified as but I go through these ups and downs of extreme energy loss. I'll be super energetic the day before my period then down for the count when the cycle starts due to cramping. I have some energy the rest of the week then BOOM, its like I jumped off the energy cliff and I will have little to absolutely no energy till the day before my next cycle. I have 2 toddlers and it's miserable I feel so darn lazy. My question is does anyone else feel this and what works to stop it? Also, has anyone ever got a diagnosis on the same problem?

Lilwrongway:

While it could be other things, it sure sounds like the symptoms of essential minerals deficiency.

This site mentions the top ones, but counting all the microminerals and complexes, there are over 70!

There are some very good colloid mineral and fulvic mineral products out there. Some will cost up to $2/day for a therapeutic dose over a few weeks or more, but once 'topped up', a lower preventative dose will be only half or 1/4 that.

Hi Liwrongway. From the way you describe your condition with ups and downs, sounds to me that your condition might be viral in nature. I had a similar condition years ago after getting the flu. The energy highs and extreme lows went on for months. A friend told me about the hydrogen peroxide inhalation method and I did the protocol for a few weeks. I followed Bill Monro's instructions to a tee. Results: I felt a lot better after the first week, then totally cured by the end of the second week. I've read similar posts from people who had chronic fatigure also doing the peroxide inhalation for a month or more to remove viruses from their systems. So don't give up after one week. Whatever you try, please let us know how it goes. Wishing you the best.

yeah I thought about the peroxide inhale option but haven't looked up on it too much yet how does it work? I was beginning to think it was a hormone thing due to how it reacts with my menstrual cycle, but I'm all ears and am willing to try anything. I feel so darn lazy, almost like if I'm not laying down parallel to the earth I'm miserable.. the docs put me on depression meds that were hell to get off of and I'm just seeming to be lost so yeah if you can give me links to directions i would be soo delighted to try it. thank you guys so much.

Lilwrongway, You might try 5HTP. If the antidepressants have cleared your system, the 5HTP will raise your serotonin levels, which may help with your ups and downs. For me, taking 200 mg once in a while helps to stabilize my mood and regulate my energy and appetite. I know I need it if I feel upset, mentally/emotionally strained or tired - you know, those mornings when you just feel a bad day coming on? I'm slowly working my way through the remedies posted here, but I knew about 5HTP before I found this site, and I swear by it. Hope you feel better!
