Stressed need help requested for gerd without heartburn

I am very stressed and nervous-I have a history of nervous stomach off and on through the years-some months ago I was very stressed, and still am-and started having these problems-I just take maalox and drink ensures and smoothies mostly-I was taking prevacid and it was helping a lot, and I could eat some solids, and then I quit taking it and wish I had not quit taking--if I try to eat solids I feel like I am going to choke so I just take maalox, then burp and feel better-and just drink ensures and smoothies---now if I try to open the prevacid capsule and take a few granules with water, I feel like I am choking-so I take the maalox and burp and feel better---so just wish I could gradually somehow take the prevacid again, as it seemed to be helping me alot before when I was taking it, a few months ago---do you think I have too much acid or not enough or what?--I even try to chew a tiny bit of buspar and or bentyl and same thing I feel like I am choking so afraid to try to take anything but maalox, water, ensures, smoothies-am trying to take a tiny bit of probiotics---and drink some aloe vera juice. please advise--thank you very much.

Ann: Because the prevacid was effective you probably have high stomach acid. The causes run from mild to severe. Many sites recommend low acid and low fat. Make green smoothies from organic baby leaves several times per day. Strain and remove the cellulose. Add activated barley, colostrum, and maybe non denatured whey isolate or concentrate. Many sites recommend bananas and DGL licorice. Dave recommends colloidal silver. Amazon has a high ppm. The best site that explains h pylori, a possible cause, is the real truth about h pylori.
