Sophie try carrot juice. A great book you might like to read is Live Juices by Dr. Kirschner. It is dated about 1969 but you can pick up copies on Amazon. People cured an array of diseases just by drinking carrot juice. Also wheatgrass juice will probably help and chlorella and spirulina.Replied by (Portland, Or - Oregon) on 05/23/2012
Look into food grade h2o2, small increasing doses... Might help?Replied by Kathleen (San Antonio, Texas) on 05/28/2012
Depending on why you're a vegetarian, you might not like this advice. Look up information about the GAPS diet. I would look at one of Dr. Mercola's recent articles about it.

If your issues match those that benefit from the GAPS diet, I don't if there is a vegetarian alternative.

According to the books I am reading Carrots used to be known a superfood and carrot juice in particular was known as an "antiseptic" for the body. There are a lot of case histories from Dr. Kirschner. Google "Kirschner carrot juice"Replied by Anonymous (Salem, Or) on 06/08/2012
SIBO dramatic results from taking B-12 and Royal Jelly, and drinking ginger tea throughout the day. Ginger tea is simply made by organic fresh ginger then grate it and boiled in some water. Then strain and drink the ginger tea once cooled. I also purchased a probiotic that has Bacillus subtilis which was developed by the med. Corp in 1941 to save military men from dysentery and other digestive ailments. This Bacillus subtilis annihilates bacteria. It is really quite amazing. The diet is simple no sugar, no grains and no dairy.Replied by Natalie (Fl) on 08/31/2018
Warning! My sister did carrot juice for 2 months for general cleaning. She had nothing but carrot juice or green veggie juices during that time. She got great results in terms of overall well being, but the carrot juice turned her eye lids a bight orange color. 15 years later, they're still orange. (She's Caucasian.)
