Dear Venu, Sodium Bicarbonate is something that is used for anhidrosis. However, with recent cautions here on Earth Clinic, especially about its use in children, I would hesitate to try it.
You might try another remedy that alkalizes the body. I have given raw apple cider vinegar to children before. You could try 1/4 teaspoon in 3 ounces of juice in the mornings.
I would also use Celtic Sea Salt at the table to season food to taste.
You might also look into alkalizing foods and try and have him eat more from that list and less foods that are acidic. It seems that this disease can be caused by a body being too acidic.
I would also consider adding 1/2 cup epsom salt to a warm bath a couple of times a week. This helps with detoxing (a child that doesn't sweat will not be excreting toxins through the skin.) and also can help with body ph.
Does the child drink enough fluids? That is important, too.
Let us know how it goes. I hope something simple will be the answer for him.
