Hi Mama to many,

I am 31yrs old female has ovarian cysts and also infertility problem. I have 10 yrs old daughter.

My question to you is that eating roasting fennel is good for health or not (in any manner)? because since some months I became addicts of it specially when I feel tensed. Daily I consume perhaps 50gm of it.I feel anxiety or something incomplete if it is finished.I also need it late night.

Dear Sumayya,

You are consuming 50 grams of fennel each day? That does not sound like too much. Fennel is quite nutritious. I assume you are eating the root? 50 grams of the seed would seem excessive.

Often when our bodies crave things, it is due to a nutritional need. (Not when we crave sugar though.)

How is your diet otherwise?

Have you tried blackstrap molasses? It can gently correct many nutritional deficiencies and is good for anxiety and for infertility even.

Castor oil packs are also good for ovarian cysts, infertility and even anxiety. I love to use them. Here is some more information.

Let me know how it goes!

MtM, your little insert about craving sugar, reminded my of my doc's advice: when you crave sugar, you need more protein. I've already written here that a nice steak of salmon, always does the trick for me for sugar cravings.
