Sibo Remedies to Reduce Lactobacillus Numbers?Posted By island girl (gc, ci) on 03/03/2021
I feel that when I use some home remedies, like rubbing aloe gel from the fresh leaf onto the stomach or eating tiny bits of fresh ginger after meals, the bacteria are rushing elsewhere for survival. They move to behind my ears causing lymph nodes and ear pain, to the eye and when I rub garlic-infused olive oil inside and behind the ears, they sometimes migrate to my head, as someone else also had mentioned. I read that coconut oil can actually help lactobacillus grow more, so that wouldnâÂÂt be an option. Does garlic help kill lactobacillus or at least reduce their number or does it also help them multiply? ACV feeds them I feel as it feeds the good bacteria, which is what lactobacillus is, but an overgrowth of the good bacteria causes problems too.
Which other natural remedies, especially foods and herbs help? In normal times, I donâÂÂt have a body odor. But since SIBO, I have been getting unpleasant body odor. I notice it more when doing some home remedies. Do these bacteria produce some chemical that produces body odor when they die? Or when they multiply? My nutritionist advised me never to take lactobacillus probiotics going forward because it seems I have it in good numbers already in my gut, but I havenâÂÂt had body odor before.

Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) is one of the most effective disinfectants, capable of eliminating bacteria, viruses, molds, biofilms, and even spores. Its function as a biocide, algaecide, fungicide, makes it a very powerful general disinfectant while at the same time being very gentle with the items to be disinfected.
It is 100% safe for humans to consume at low dosages.
How I was using Chlorine Dioxide Liquid Drops:
Drink 3 oz of this water every hour.
