Is this due to a heart condition?? If yes, read the post on this page https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/congestive-heart-failure.html#rn.

Patricia1, I've heard from a doctor to take a glass or two of water with a small lick of sea salt. Then lay down for 10 minutes or until you have to go to the bathroom to urinate.

Doing this twice a day was very successful.

Please try blackstrap molasses for the short term twice a day, a teaspoon full and let me know it this helps. I am starting on the same regimen and I really think we are going to see some improvement although my clots and your heart problems are two totally different issues. Furthermore, please elevate your legs as often as possible to get the blood to keep flowing up and out of the legs while keeping the water retention down hopefully to a minimum as well. Good luck and may God bless.

Harold,

Reading your posts, I wonder if nattokinase would be helpful in regulating the fibrogen in your blood to help with the clots? It's just a thought because it's not clear to me what is causing this. Best wishes. I hope you find a resolution soon.

Rsw,

Thank you for this valuable information and that is definitely plan B in the making if the molasses and the pepper does not give me the results fast enough. Keep me in your radar and want feedback from you and anyone else on this major health issue of mine.
