Leila: Ferment whole sugars, low acidic fruits, flours, herbs, bee pollen, and sprouts with water kefir grains. They have to be organic with clean drinking water. Eat raw grass fed red meat and pastured eggs. These contain the nutrients required by the mitochondria in their most active form. Watch raw food and water kefir videos. Eat 80% carbs.
